How to Use SignTraker’s Ordering Form as a Registered Agent
So you’ve decided to simplify your signage needs with Swell Sign Co! Here is a comprehensive guide to help you order your first sign installation.
Step 1: Log In to Your Swell.SignTraker Account
Open your web browser and navigate to www.swell.signtraker.com and choose Log in.
Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
Click the Log in button to access your account.
Step 2: Start a New Order
Once logged in, locate the Order New Sign Install button on the dashboard.
Click on it to begin your sign installation order.
You will be greeted by the following form:
You will notice some fields are crossed out, these fields are not necessary to fill. The remaining fields will be required. I will review several of them below.
Pay close attention to the Date field. here you will have the ability to choose a specific date of installation, up to 30 days in advance. Should you choose to accept the date given without opening the calendar, you are giving SSC the OK to install your sign any time leading up to the date provided.
Clicking the small blue circled (i) icon will open a small box providing more detailed information about the field.
You will be required to choose which sign panel you want installed. Any inventory you have stored with us will show up here. Should you choose to store your own inventory, you may choose one of the other two options, either Agent Will Leave Sign at Listing or Agent Will Hang Their Own Sign.
If you are listing a SINGLE property but would like multiple signs on it, choose the option for DUAL INSTALL. This will tie two signs to one listing. Do Not use this function to order signs for multiple listings even if they are next to each other. Every individual
Below this option is a box titled Lock Box. Here you may choose to add a lockbox to your order provided by SSC.
Next is the notes field. Should you require any specific location, or a property may be hard to find, or there is any other information you would like to provide us with once we arrive at the property, please use this field to do so. Do Not use this field to provide information that we would need PRIOR to arriving. We do not see this field until at the job site.
Use the photo upload field to upload a photograph of the home or a specific location of install.
Site warnings checkboxes are there for you to warn us about potential underground dangers. It is your responsibility to have the property surveyed by digsafe. SSC does not take responsibility if underground utility is struck if the site is not clearly marked.
The last two options are used if you want to purchase and add a rider or rent a brochure box. The rider is yours to keep should you choose to add one.
Finally, at the bottom of the order form, you will find the Confirm Order button next to the price of your order(shown above). The price will automatically adjust depending on what you add to your installation. you may click the (i) button next to the price to get a full breakdown before you choose to confirm the order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your installation is performed, you will receive another confirmation email.
